1. Approve:
1.1. for 2008 the amount of contributions to fund of precautionary (preventive) actions:
on obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles - 8 percent from the arrived insurance premiums on agreements of internal and boundary insurance;
on obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier before passengers, to compulsory insurance of the structures belonging to citizens, compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases, to voluntary insurance of medical expenses - 5 percent from the arrived insurance premiums on each of the specified types of insurance;
on compulsory medical insurance of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are temporarily staying or temporarily living in the Republic of Belarus - 15 percent from the arrived insurance premiums;
on voluntary insurance of life - 1 percent from the arrived insurance premiums;
1.2. the enclosed Regulations on procedure and the directions of use in 2008 of means of funds of precautionary (preventive) actions for separate types of compulsory and voluntary insurance.
2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
