1. Rules of procurement of wood fuel raw materials in the woods of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus and its delivery to power sources (further - Rules) determine procedure for procurement of wood fuel raw materials for providing power sources.
2. For the purposes of these rules the following terms and determinations are applied:
wood fuel raw materials - the wood biomass consisting of low-quality, non-business wood (firewood) and the wood waste which is formed as a result of logging, sawmilling and woodworking;
firewood - round or chipped assortments which by the sizes or quality can be used only as fuel;
