1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on organization of education (division of organization of education) providing advanced training and retraining of personnel.

2. Bring in the Regulations on continuous professional training of working (employees) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2007 No. 599 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 120, 5/25186), the following amendments and changes:

in Item 6:

after the words "on the basis" to add Item with words of "The labor code of the Republic of Belarus";
