According to part two of Article 125 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish change duration over 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours for separate employee categories according to the list according to appendix (further - the list).

2. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs, heads of the organizations:

in case of application of the list to provide observance on average for the accounting period of the weekly regulation of duration of working hours established by the legislation;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. Make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explanations concerning application of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 26, 2008.

The list of employee categories for which change duration over 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours can be established

1. Workers and employees:

the militarized protection, the militarized gas-rescuing groups;

the ensuring fire safety and (or) protection of objects;

the organizations of health care and social servicing, the sanatorium organizations, the isolated (structural) divisions of the specified organizations, with the round-the-clock operating mode, the providing and performing continuous processes of delivery of health care, and also day-and-night care for the patients and (or) citizens living in the organizations of social servicing;
