About distribution of quota of immigration of oralmans for 2008

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 1997 "About population shift" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2007 "About quota of immigration of oralmans for 2008" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 506

1. Distribute quota of immigration of oralmans for 2008 on areas (the city of republican value, the capital) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with:

1) akims of areas to provide the cities of republican value and the capital within the means provided on these purposes in the republican budget for 2008, acceptance, arrangement of the oralmans included in quota of immigration and condition for their adaptation in places of resettlement;

2) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform organized resettlement of persons of the Kazakh nationality who cannot return on the historical homeland without financial support of the state.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan by July 1, 2008 and on February 1, 2009 to submit reports on accomplishment of this resolution in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
