About procedure and sales terms to legal entities of the companies as property complexes of the unprofitable state organizations

For the purpose of ensuring profitable work of the state organizations:

1. Determine that:

1.1. sale of the companies as property complexes of the unprofitable state organizations * (further - the companies as property complexes) is performed on tender to legal entities (further - the organizations buyers) taking into account the requirements established by legal acts;

1.2. as initiators of sale of the companies as property complexes the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus act, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other state body and other state organization subordinated to the President of the Republic of Belarus, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs under supervision (structure) of which are the unprofitable state organizations;

1.3. annually till April 15 of the year following for reporting for sale of the companies as property complexes: the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other state body and other state organization subordinated to the President of the Republic of Belarus National academy of Sciences of Belarus create lists of subordinates (which are their part) the unprofitable state organizations and represent them to the State committee on property - on the organizations which property is in republican property.

The state committee on property in accordance with the established procedure introduces the specified lists in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for approval.

Regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom provide forming and approve lists of the unprofitable state organizations - on the organizations which property is in utility property;

1.4. preparation of drafts of decisions on sale of the companies as property complexes is performed:
