Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 1992 "About public welfare payments to the families raising children" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2007 the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. From February 1, 2008 to April 30, 2008 to make payment of public welfare payments to the families raising children in the following sizes:
1.1. the minimum size of maternity allowance is mesyats100 040 rubles;
1.2. benefit in connection with the child's birth:
in case of the birth of the first child - 1 000 400 rubles;
in case of the birth of the second and the subsequent children - 1 400 560 rubles;
1.3. benefit to the women who got registered in the state organizations of health care to the 12 weeks term of pregnancy, 200 080 rubles;
1.4. child care allowance aged up to 3 years - 160 060 rubles:
1.4.1. benefit taking into account the allowance in the amount of 75 percent of posobiya280 110 rubles - on children before execution of one and a half years:
given rise by women out of scrap if the information about the child's father in the book of registration of acts of the birth is made on specifying of mother;
adopted (adopted) by lonely persons;
on children raised by one parent who dissolved marriage and did not enter new scrap in cases when other parent evades from payment of the alimony, the children who are under guardianship or custody in cases when parents evade from payment of the alimony;
