About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the direction of the international requests about legal assistance on criminal cases in foreign states

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for the direction of the international requests about legal assistance on criminal cases in foreign states (further - the Instruction).
2. To chiefs of customs authorities of the Russian Federation to bring this order to the attention of all staff of law-enforcement divisions of customs, to provide studying and strict accomplishment by subordinate employees of requirements of this Instruction in the part concerning them.
3. And inquiries (A. P. Kizlyk) to provide to head department of customs investigations information and methodological support of execution of the Instruction.
4. To provide to the central basic customs (A. S. Moskalenko) payment of transfers of the international requests.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia I. A. Zavrazhnov.
