According to article 3 of the Federal Law of February 12, 2001 N5-FZ "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Russian Federation "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 7, the Art. 610) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed procedures and terms of return of the half-received monetary compensations to the citizens who underwent to radiative effects owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.

2. To make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation with participation of the interested federal executive bodies in accordance with the established procedure explanations on application of procedure and terms of return of the half-received monetary compensations to the citizens who underwent to radiative effects owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash approved by this resolution.

3. Payment to citizens of the half-received monetary compensations is made during 2001 - 2003 proceeding from amounts of the means provided on these purposes in the federal budget for the corresponding year.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation when forming drafts of the federal budget for 2002 and 2003 to provide assignments for financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution.
