1. This Regulations are developed for the purpose of implementation of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2006 "About especially protected natural territories" and establish regulations of noise and infrasound in the territory of the national natural parks.
2. Regulations are obligatory for legal entities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan irrespective of patterns of ownership, subordination and accessory and physical persons irrespective of their nationality.
