About indemnification, caused to life and health of persons in connection with their participation in fight against terrorism

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the indemnification caused to life and health of persons in connection with their participation in fight against terrorism.

The expenses connected with indemnification, caused to life and health of persons in connection with their participation in fight against terrorism, are made within the means provided in the federal budget for the corresponding year to the federal executive bodies participating in implementation of actions for fight against terrorism on financial provision of the expenses performed within special programs and special events.

3. Recognize invalid Items 1 - the 5 and 7 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 22, 1997 as N58 "About Measures of Social Protection of Persons Involved in Accomplishment of the Special Tasks Connected with Holding Actions for Fight Against Terrorism" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 4, the Art. 551).
