1. Approve the decision of the tender commission of Turkmengaz State concern on selection of commercial offers (the protocol No. 3 from 26 Oguz 2007) and the conclusion of commission of experts by determination of winners of the international tenders of oil and gas complex and fishery of Turkmenistan No. 200 from 13 Gorkut of 2007 on delivery of pipe products for program implementation of gas supply of settlements of the country.

2. Permit Turkmengaz State concern to sign the contract with the winner of the tender - partnership with limited responsible liability of Orgtransintergaz (Republic of Kazakhstan) on purchase of pipe products for program implementation of gas supply of settlements of the country for total amount 18314141, of the 50th US dollar (eighteen million three hundred fourteen thousand hundred forty one dollar fifty cents).

3. To the state fund of development of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan to perform financing of the contract specified in Item 2 of this resolution at the expense of means of Turkmengaz State concern from realization on natural gas export and products of its conversion.

4. To the state commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure to make registration of the contract specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tagiyev T., the Chairman of Turkmengaz State concern Kakayev Ya. and the Chairman of the Highest control chamber of Turkmenistan Mukhammedov of X.
