1. Permit Turkmenneftegazstroy State concern to sign the contract with the Japanese company "ITOCHU Corporation" on purchase of the road-building Komatsu equipment in number of 181 units (including 7 units gratuitously) for the total amount of 54 859 908 (fifty four million eight hundred fifty nine thousand nine hundred eight) US dollars, including spare parts to them on the amount of 9 143 318 (nine million hundred forty three thousand three hundred eighteen) US dollars.
2. To the state fund of development of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan to perform financing of the contract provided by this resolution at the expense of means of Turkmengaz and Turkmenneft State concerns in equal shares from natural gas export by opening of the letter of credit.
3. To Turkmenkhimiya state concern provide to 1 Turkmenbashi of 2010 return of cost of 9 units of the road-building Komatsu equipment for the total amount of 1 774 800 (one million seven hundred seventy four thousand eight hundred) US dollars to the State fund of development of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan in manats at the Central Bank rate of Turkmenistan.
4. To the state commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure to make registration of the contract provided by this resolution.
