About production of cocoons in 2008

For the purpose of realization of the tasks on development of silk industry of the country provided by the National program "The Strategy of Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Turkmenistan for the Period till 2020", and also I decide growths in volumes of production of cocoons and increase in their quality:

1. To provide to the ministry of the textile industry of Turkmenistan and hyakimlika of welayats in 2008 task performance on production of crude cocoons of 4 thousand tons, including:

Ahal Region - 210 tons;

Balkan Region - 40 tons;

Dashoguz Region - 1 040 tons;

Lebap Region - 1 670 tons;

Mary Region - 1 040 tons.

2. To provide to Turkmenyupek joint-stock company of the Ministry of the textile industry of Turkmenistan the conclusion of contracts on production of cocoons with agricultural joint-stock companies of welayats and based on the signed agreements to provide them with necessary quantity of high-quality caterpillars of silkworm.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of the textile industry of Turkmenistan Geoklenova D., hyakim of welayats and the Chairman of the Highest control chamber of Turkmenistan Mukhammedov of X.
