3. Make changes and recognize invalid the following acts of the President of Turkmenistan:

To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of the textile industry of Turkmenistan Geoklenova D., the Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan Orazgeldiyev E., the Chairman of Association of livestock joint-stock companies of Turkmenistan of "Turkmenmallara" of Bayramlyev A. and the Chairman of the Highest control chamber of Turkmenistan Mukhammedov of X.
