1. These rules of utilization and destruction of the food products constituting danger of life and to health of the person and animals, the environment (further - Rules) are developed according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About safety of food products" and determine procedure for utilization and destruction of the food products constituting danger of life and to health of the person and animals, the environment.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
