Rules of determination of service length in bodies of prosecutor's office and procedure for its calculation

1. In working life of bodies of prosecutor's office the activities period in bodies of prosecutor's office is set off, and also:

1.1. The period of the valid compulsory military service if the worker before conscription worked in bodies of prosecutor's office and after transfer to the reserve within three months returned to work to these bodies;

1.2. Operating time in bodies of court, justice, customs, and also in law enforcement agencies on the positions which are not connected with maintenance and providing their functioning;

1.3. Operating time on elective offices and other responsible positions in the party, trade-union and Komsomol organizations till September 9, 1991 if to and (or) after that the worker worked in bodies of prosecutor's office;

1.4. Operating time in Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Office of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Office of Majlisi namoyandagon and the Office of Majlisi milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also as the deputy on professional basis in Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan if to and (or) after that the worker worked in bodies of prosecutor's office.
