Determine that import, export and production of drugs and psychotropic substances with limited turnover in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, production of gemstones, production and conversion of gold, oil, oil products and natural gas, conversion of waste of oil and oil products, production and sale of radioactive materials, production and use of the equipment for issue of securities, production and operation, especially confidential means of communication and codes are performed by the state companies or joint-stock companies which controlling stock the state owns, protection of objects of the state protection and objects which list is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, protection of safety of citizens is performed by the relevant state bodies.
The list of the types of activity specified in this Item is specified and affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3-1. Acquisition of military military equipment, military weapon and ammunition in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic is limited to the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic and other state bodies intended for passing of military service and also the persons who obtained licenses or obliged to obtain the license for the corresponding types of activity for implementation of production and repair of defense products. Information on purchase agreements of military military equipment, military weapon and ammunition these bodies and legal entities in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic is submitted to the Ministry of defense industry of the Azerbaijan Republic within one month from the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
