Establish zero rate of customs duty on production processing equipment and the components for production of color TVs of the Dushanbe brand imported into the Republic of Tajikistan from the Russian Federation according to the contract No. 142/00 of 27.11.2000 between Unitary production enterprise "Elektronikai Tochikiston" and Kvant Open joint stock company on delivery of processing line and components (appendix is applied).
2. To committee on defense industry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe to provide development and release of anniversary products in honor of the 10 anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
