About the List of the data which are the state secret
This Law determines bases of state policy in the field of classification of the data which are the state secret, terms of classification of these data, and also powers of authorized body in the field of the state secrets.
This Law establishes the List of the data which are the state secret in the field of defense, economies, the external relations, state security and protection of law and order which distribution can cause damage to safety of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also terms of classification of these data.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- "special objects" - control centers the state and Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also other objects providing functioning of public authorities both in peace and in wartime;
- "military facilities" - fighting line items of troops, control centers, polygons, communication centers, bases, warehouses and other military constructions;
- "sensitive sites" - military and special facilities, military units, the companies, the organizations, organizations for which functioning additional security measures are established;
- "the companies and the organizations" - the legal entities irrespective of patterns of ownership created according to the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and also their branches and representations;
- "troops" - Armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military forming and the special forming created on wartime;
