1. Appoint Service of standardization and metrology as the central industry body of the public management responsible for quality infrastructure which performs functions in the respective area according to provisions of the current legislation.

2. Change the name of the Main state inspectorate for standardization, metrology and consumer protection to the Main state inspectorate for supervision of the market, metrology and consumer protection.

3. Accept the offer of Service of standardization and metrology on formation of public institution "National Institute of Standardization of Moldova" (NISM) and the state company "National Institute of Metrology of Moldova" (NIMM) by reorganization (separation) of the state company "National Institute of Standardization and Metrology" according to the current legislation with creation of the conditions necessary for their normal work.
