Regulations on National council for the legal aid guaranteed by the state

I. General provisions

1. National council for the legal aid guaranteed by the state (further - National council), - the collegiate organ with the status of the legal entity of the public law created for process control of rendering the legal aid guaranteed by the state.

2. Management in the territories of process of rendering the legal aid guaranteed by the state is performed by territorial offices of National council which are located in the cities (municipiums) of the location of appeal chambers.

II. Competence of National council

3. The national council has the following tasks:

a) realization of policy in the field of the legal aid guaranteed by the state;

b) ensuring elementary and continuous training, including through National institute of justice, persons involved in system of provision of the legal aid guaranteed by the state;

c) generalization of practice of realization and development of recommendations about uniform application of the law of the legal aid guaranteed by the state;
