1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in industry of power industry and the sphere of heat supply is estimated and frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) of energy supervision by the State inspectorate, according to appendix is determined.
2. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
