understanding need of creation of the mechanism of cooperation of the Parties for implementation of joint programs and projects in the field of physical culture and sport,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties promote development of cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport through state bodies of the Parties, National Olympic Committees, national sports federations (the unions, associations), the international, regional and other sports organizations and associations, support their initiatives aimed at the effective development of physical culture, sport and the Olympic Movement.

Article 2

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement of the Party create Council for physical culture and sport of agreement parties about cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - Council). Council is effective according to the Provision which is integral part of this agreement.
