based on the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992, Articles of organization of the Agreement on collective security of October 7, 2002, the Agreement on legal status of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of October 7, 2002 and the Decision of Council of collective security on the Provisions regulating activities of the Integrated headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of March 25, 2004

for the purpose of creation of proper conditions for activities of the Integrated headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the territory of the Russian Federation,

in view of that the place of stay of the Integrated headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization establishes the city of Moscow,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the stated below terms have the following value:

"Organization" - the Collective Security Treaty Organization;

"Council" - the Council of collective security formed according to Chapter IV of Articles of organization;

"state members" - state members of the Organization;

"executive bodies" - federal executive bodies and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation;

"representatives of authorities of the state of stay" - representatives of public authorities of the Russian Federation and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;
