1.1. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of September 16, 2005 No. 271-OD "About approval of the Method of calculation of rates (rates of charges) for regulated services of the airports.

2. To department of administrative work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.):

1) to bring this order to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies;
