1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to activities for development, production, acquisition and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 11, 2002 No. 763 "About approval of qualification requirements to the licensed type of activity on development, production and realization of explosive and pyrotechnic substances and products with their application" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 22, the Art. 233);

2) item 4 of Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2003 No. 467 "About abolition of Committee of defense industry of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, Art. 3) Item 6 of Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of June 30, 2005 No. 662 "About modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 27, the Art. 341).
