The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan this is authorized on behalf of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve membership in the International Monetary Fund (hereinafter "Fund"), in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter "Bank"), International Development Association (hereinafter "Association"), in the International Finance Corporation (hereinafter "Corporation") and in Multilateral Agency according to deposit guarantees (hereinafter "Agency") the relevant articles of the Contract of Fund, Bank, Association, Corporation and Charter of the Agency with amendments which texts are this in appendices I, II, III, IV and V of this Agreement and to recognize terms and conditions of resolutions of the relevant Boards of Fund, Bank, Association, Corporation and Council of heads of the Agency concerning membership of the Republic of Tajikistan in these organizations. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan is authorized by also this on behalf of the Republic of Tajikistan to recognize the Amendment of articles of the Agreement of Fund proposed by Third which text is given in Appendix of this Agreement.
The chairman of the Supreme Light of the Republic of Tajikistan or other person who he can appoint is authorized:
a) sign originals of articles of the Agreement of Fund, Bank, Association, Corporation and Agency, to draw up and represent any act of acceptance and other documents which can be necessary for these purposes;
b) adopt the Amendment of articles of the Agreement of Fund proposed by Third on behalf of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
