About measures for improvement of financial and economic provision of some companies in the field of science and innovations of the agrofood sector

In view of special value of the companies in the field of science and innovations for seed-growing industry and revival of the sphere of research and development of the agrofood sector of national economy, based on Item r) parts (3) article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova the Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of article 10 of the Law on public debt, the state guarantees and the state recrediting, part (6) article 55 of the Law on budget system and budget process and part (5) Article 193 of the Insolvency act are exempted from repayment of receivables on the loan granted by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development by means of the First agricultural project and guaranteed by the state, some companies in the field of science and innovations of the agrofood sector having legal position of the state company for total amount 981, of 3 thousand dollars of the USA including Research institution of field cultures "Selectia" - 186, 0 thousand dollars of the USA, Research institution of corn and sorghum 290, by 1 thousand dollars of the USA and Institute of fruit growing - 505, 2 thousand dollars of the USA, and also from repayment of the amount of percent and margin of risk, added on the specified credit before entry into force of this law.

Art. 2. - To the Ministry of Finance to take measures for servicing of the external public debt connected with loan granting to the receivers specified in Article 1, and to exclude that of the State register of the state recrediting.
