To Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service in coordination with Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to approve the standard requirements to the equipment and hardware of buildings, rooms and constructions necessary for the organization boundary, customs and other types of the control exercised at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation taking into account types of the international message.
