1. Determine that goods (including combination of goods) groups 84, 85 or 90, except for of the goods used in the household purposes concerning which the specific or combined rate of import customs duty is established (further - the machines) imported in the form of separate components during the certain period of time and placed under customs regime of free circulation, can be classified according to the note 4 to the Section XVI of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) by the single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code in case of accomplishment of the following conditions:

being gathered, all separate components of the machine imported during the certain period of time form the machine intended for accomplishment of accurately certain single function specified in any goods item of groups 84, 85 or 90 Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity (further - single function);
