The regulations on management system labor protection are developed based on the Concept of public administration by labor protection in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 16, 2005 No. 904 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 129, 5/16410).
2. Main objective of management system labor protection (further - SUOT) is creation of the safe conditions providing preserving life and health of workers in the course of their service and labor activity, compliance with law of the Republic of Belarus in the field of labor protection.
