3. This resolution becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and official publication.

From coming into force of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of Board of NBKR No. 20/7 of 24.06.2005 (registration number of the Ministry of Justice of the KR No. 96-05 of 26.07.2005) "About Temporary forms of the periodic regulating report of credit union and the Instruction for filling of temporary forms of the periodic regulating report of credit union".

5. Represent to credit unions the reporting according to this resolution, starting with the reporting for the first quarter 2008.

To management of supervision of non-bank organizations to bring this resolution to the attention of OSOO "Finance Company on Support and Development of Credit Unions in the Kyrgyz Republic", regional managements and representative office of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province.
