3. Considering the greatest merits before mankind of the ingenious scientist, the philosopher, the doctor Abuali ibn Sino annually as holiday to note on August 18 - birthday of Abuali ibn Sino. This day consider professional holiday of health workers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. In commemoration of merits of types and types of military forces and considering accomplishment of especially important tasks by them on protection of peaceful work of the people of Tajikistan, to note annually:
Day of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan - on February 23;
Day of Border troops - on May 28;
Day of internal troops - on April 10;
Day of workers of emergency situations and civil defense - on August 17;
