About meteorological ensuring civil aviation in Turkmenistan

For the purpose of safety and increase in efficiency of flights of aircrafts, I decide improvements of quality of meteorological servicing of civil aviation, and also strengthening of responsibility of Head department on hydrometeorology of the Ministry of environmental management and protection of the surrounding circle Turkmenistan for completeness and timeliness of the provided information:

1. Determine that:

meteorological ensuring civil aviation is performed by Head department on hydrometeorology of the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan according to the regulating documents of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and regulations jointly accepted by the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan and National administration of civil aviation of Turkmenistan;

cross liabilities of Head department on hydrometeorologies of the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan and National administration of civil aviation of Turkmenistan and procedure for their interaction are determined by the General agreement signed between managements;

representatives of Head department on hydrometeorology of the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan and National administration of civil aviation of Turkmenistan are included (on mutual basis) scientific and technical councils of the specified managements and participate in work of these councils by consideration of all questions connected with meteorological ensuring civil aviation.

2. To head department on hydrometeorology of the Ministry of environmental management and environmental protection of Turkmenistan and National administration of civil aviation of Turkmenistan:

create the permanent commission on coordination of meteorological ensuring civil aviation with participation of heads of both managements;
