Regulation of working hours in 2008 for the companies, organizations and the organizations regardless of pattern of ownership and legal form

According to requirements of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of the correct calculation and application of regulation of working hours of workers in 2008 the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic notifies on the following.

According to the Labor code, the Electoral code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 7, 2007 as No. 198 "About the holidays Nowruz, Ramazan, Gurban and about the days off which are considered non-working in connection with holidays in 2008" the next days in 2008 are considered as the non-working days:

1, on January 2 - Holiday New year;

January 20 - Day of national grief;

March 8 - Women's Day;

20, 21, 22, 23, on March 24 - Holiday Nowruz;

May 9 - Victory Day over fascism;

May 28 - Day of the republic;

June 15 - National Liberation Day of the Azerbaijani People;

June 26 - Day of armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic;

On September 30 and on October 1 - Holiday Ramazan;

October 15 - Day of presidential elections;

8, on December 9 - Holiday Gurban;

December 31 - Day of solidarity of Azerbaijanians of the world.
