About procedure for creation of customs control zones at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation
In pursuance of Article 362 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
Determine that at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation permanent customs control zones are created.
The decision on creation of the specified zones is drawn up by the legal act of the Federal Customs Service according to the procedure approved by the Federal Customs Service in coordination with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation.
