Procedure for use in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for creation and functioning of the State information system of registration accounting of physical persons and their documentation

1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget by the program 1001020 "Creation and functioning of the State information system of registration accounting of physical persons and their documentation" (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated for implementation of actions on:

1) to acquisition of the equipment and the software for nodes of the central and local level of the State information system of registration accounting of physical persons and their documentation (further GIS);

2) to picking and adjustment of the GIS nodes of the central and local level;

3) to maintenance and administration of the GIS nodes of the central, regional and local level;

4) to conducting state examination of subsystems of information security of GIS;

5) to training of personnel of the GIS nodes;
