1. Establish interest rate of obligatory payment for 2008 in the amount of 0,0798 of % of total amount of the guaranteed deposits registered in balance of each licensed bank as of September 30, 2007.
2. To licensed banks to make necessary calculations proceeding from the total amount of the guaranteed deposits registered in their balance as of September 30, 2007 and to make obligatory annual payment no later than December 31, 2007.
