About establishment of coefficients of indexation of rates for transportation of goods by railway transport in the local message
Based on article 12 of the Code of rail transport of the Republic of Moldova, for the purpose of reduction of rates for transportation of goods by railway transport in the local message in compliance with their cost I ORDER:
1. Apply the following coefficients of indexation of basic fare on transportation of goods by railway transport in the local message:
since November 15, 2007 - 1,5 coefficient
since January 1, 2008 - 2,0 coefficient
since April 1, 2008 - 3,0 coefficient.
2. Provide to the state company "Railroad of Moldova" publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova at least in 15 days prior to enforcement of the coefficients specified in Item 1.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on mister Vladimir BOTNAR, the deputy minister.
