About approval of the Standard regulations on the territorial commissions on human trafficking suppression

For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 9 of the Law on the prevention and suppression of human trafficking N 241-XVI of October 20, 2005. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, N 164-167, Art. 812), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Standard regulations on the territorial commissions on suppression of human trafficking it (is applied).

2. To regional, local government boards, People's assembly of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia to approve regulations on the territorial commissions on human trafficking suppression.
