About provision of privileges to young specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education
Based on Item 2 of article 11 of the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, the Art. 373) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve according to the appendix Procedure for Provision of Privileges to Young Specialists with the medical and pharmaceutical education employed in the rural zone.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Health together with the Ministry of Finance provision of privileges to young specialists with the medical and pharmaceutical education employed in the rural zone according to the approved procedure.
3. Determine that the expenses connected with accomplishment of this resolution will be performed within the assignments provided in the government budget for the corresponding years.
