1. Establish rates of excises on excise goods according to appendix.
2. Determine that for the purposes of this Decree the cars intended for transportation no more than 17 people belong to minibuses (including the driver), and also cargo vans (code according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus 8704) load-carrying capacity not above ton 1,25, including re-equiped from minibuses (codes according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus 8702, 8703).
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
