For the purpose of ensuring steady work and development of the companies of passenger transport I decide:
1. Establish and enact since December 1, 1996 service fee of public passenger transport (the bus, the trolleybus) in size of 50 manats for one journey.
2. To the ministry of road transport of Turkmenistan to ensure effective functioning of transport, regularity and traffic safety, to increase culture of servicing of passengers.
3. Declare invalid appendix to the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of September 30, 1996 No. 2801 "About the change in price and rates for some types of products, goods and services in Turkmenistan" regarding rates for services of public passenger transport (the bus, the trolleybus).
