1. Approve enclosed:
Rules of giving by the employer or customer of works (services) of the notification on the attraction and use for implementation of labor activity of the foreign citizens and (or) stateless persons who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure, which is not requiring receipt of a visa, and having the work permit;
form of the notification on the attraction and use for implementation of labor activity of the foreign citizens and (or) stateless persons who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure which is not requiring receipt of a visa, and having the work permit.
2. Provide to the Federal Migration Service production on the approved blank form of the notification specified in Item 1 of this resolution at the expense of the means provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on the subsection "Migration policy" of the Section "Homeland Security and Law-enforcement Activities" of classification of budgets expenses.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2006 N 798 "About approval of procedure for submission of the notification on the attraction and use for implementation of labor activity of the foreign citizens who arrived to the Russian Federation according to the procedure which is not requiring receipt of a visa" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, the Art. 257).
