Approve the enclosed Procedure for registration of calling (exit) for vessels of the fishery fleet seaports in the Russian Federation, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them in seaports in the Russian Federation and implementation of the state control (supervision) in seaports in the Russian Federation concerning vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them.
2. Determine that in seaports in the Russian Federation in case of registration of calling (exit) of vessels of the fishery fleet, and also import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them the notifying procedure and selective state control (supervision) are applied to vessels of the fishery fleet, import (export) of catch of water biological resources and the fish and other products made from them (further respectively - notifying procedure, selective state control).
3.
