1. The ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine (Minprompolitiki) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Minprompolitiki is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies on ensuring realization of the state industrial policy.
2. Minprompolitiki in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.
Minprompolitiki generalizes practice of application of the legislation on questions which are within its competence, develops offers concerning enhancement of this legislation and in accordance with the established procedure submits them for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In limits of the powers of Minprompolitiki organizes accomplishment of acts of the legislation and exercises systematic control of their realization.
3. The main tasks of Minprompolitiki are:
preparation of offers concerning forming of the state industrial policy, and also development of mechanisms of its realization;
