About approval of the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine for nationalities and religions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine for nationalities and religions which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 18, 2005 N 770 "About approval of the Regulations on State department for religions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 34, the Art. 2047).
3. And religions to submit to the state Committee on Ethnic Matters proposals concerning reduction of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in compliance with this resolution in a month.
4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2007.
