1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation of rate of remuneration (interest) on the leasing of agricultural machinery performed at the expense of means of the republican budget.
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan by preparation of drafts of the republican budget for 2002-2007, in the procedure established by the legislation to submit for consideration of the Budget commission on forming of the draft of the republican budget for the corresponding financial year of the offer on inclusion in the republican budget of funds for the purposes of compensation of rate of remuneration (interest) for the leasing of agricultural machinery performed at the expense of means of the republican budget.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
