According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 N 1830, and for the purpose of ensuring state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements and rules of long-term storage of dolgosushchestvuyushchy and highly active radioactive waste before their burial in deep geological formations (are attached).

2. To management of safety of the treatment of radioactive waste and removal from operation (Kutuzova T. Ya.) provide:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

mailing of this order according to calculation of mailing after its replication.

3. In a month after state registration of this order to provide to the state company "The State Scientific and Technological Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (Vasilchenko V. M.) its replication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.
